Privacy Policy
LifeTicket helps you turn personal photos into collectible tickets. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app.
Information We Collect
- Apple sign-in identifiers, and email or display name only when Apple provides them.
- Subscription transaction data used to verify Pro access through Apple services.
- Tickets you choose to upload, including ticket text, images, city-level location, QR memory text, and optional audio.
- Feedback text and optional contact information when you submit feedback.
Local and Cloud Storage
Tickets are stored locally by default. Cloud upload is used when you explicitly upload tickets or enable QR memory pages. Uploaded QR pages can be opened by anyone who has the QR link.
Location
The app uses city-level location for ticket maps. We do not require precise street-level location for the core ticket experience.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide login, sync, QR memory pages, subscription entitlement checks, maps, support, and abuse prevention. We do not sell your personal data.
Deletion
You can sign out or request account deletion in Settings. Account deletion removes server-side account records according to operational requirements; local tickets on your device remain under your control.

我们收集的信息
- Apple 登录标识，以及 Apple 提供时的邮箱或昵称。
- 用于校验 Pro 权益的 Apple 订阅交易数据。
- 你主动上传的票根，包括文字、图片、城市级位置信息、二维码回忆文字和可选录音。
- 你提交意见反馈时填写的反馈内容和可选联系方式。
本地与云端存储
票根默认保存在本机。只有当你主动上传票根或开启二维码回忆页时，相关内容才会上传云端。拥有二维码链接的人可以访问对应回忆页。
位置
应用使用城市级位置展示票根地图，不要求精确到街道的定位信息。
数据用途
我们使用数据提供登录、同步、二维码回忆页、订阅权益校验、地图展示、客服支持和防滥用能力。我们不会出售你的个人数据。
删除
你可以在设置中退出登录或删除账号。删除账号会移除服务端账号记录；本机票根仍由你自行管理。
