NothingShop（以下简称“本应用”）重视你的隐私。本政策说明本应用处理哪些信息、处理目的，以及你可以如何管理自己的信息。
1. 我们处理的信息
- 账户信息：使用“通过 Apple 登录”时，Apple 提供的用户标识，以及你选择提供的姓名和邮箱。
- 你主动提交的内容：头像、赞助署名、赞助留言及意见反馈。
- 应用活动：虚拟购物及订单记录、收藏与偏好、赞助商品和交易标识。NothingShop 的普通商品和配送均为虚拟体验，不会产生真实商品交易。
- 位置：在你授权后，用于展示虚拟外卖配送地图和路线。你可以在系统设置中随时撤回位置权限。
- 诊断与使用数据：应用稳定性、性能及基础交互信息，用于排查故障和改善体验。
2. 信息的使用目的
我们仅将信息用于账户登录与同步、保存虚拟购物记录、显示赞助榜单和留言、提供地图与骑手动画、处理意见反馈、恢复赞助权益，以及改善应用稳定性和体验。
3. 第三方服务
本应用可能使用 Apple Sign in with Apple、StoreKit、MapKit、WidgetKit、ActivityKit 和 iCloud，以及 Microsoft Clarity 提供的分析能力。这些服务可能按照各自的隐私政策处理必要数据。我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将其用于跨应用广告追踪。
4. 信息存储、共享与安全
账户及同步数据可能保存在 NothingShop 后端服务或你的 iCloud 容器中。我们仅在提供功能、遵守法律或保护用户与服务安全所必需时共享信息，并采取合理的技术和组织措施保护数据。互联网传输或存储无法保证绝对安全。
5. 保存期限与账号删除
我们仅在实现上述目的及履行法律义务所需期间保留信息。你可以在“设置 → 账户”中删除账号；删除后，后端保存的账户、头像、赞助资料及关联记录将按服务流程删除或匿名化。Apple 或支付平台依法需要保留的交易记录不受此操作影响。
6. 你的选择与权利
你可以在应用或系统设置中管理位置、通知、灵动岛、小组件和 iCloud 同步，也可以修改赞助署名、头像与留言。你可通过应用内“意见反馈”请求访问、更正或删除相关信息。
7. 儿童隐私
本应用不以收集儿童个人信息为目的。如果我们发现未经适当同意收集了儿童信息，将采取措施予以删除。
8. 政策更新
本政策发生重要变化时，我们会更新本页面的日期，并在必要时通过应用内方式提示你。

NothingShop (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Process
- Account information: the user identifier provided by Sign in with Apple and, when you choose to share them, your name and email address.
- Content you provide: your profile image, sponsor display name, sponsor message, and feedback submissions.
- App activity: virtual shopping and order history, favorites and preferences, sponsored products, and transaction identifiers. Ordinary products and deliveries in NothingShop are virtual experiences and do not represent physical purchases.
- Location: with your permission, location is used to display the virtual delivery map and route. You may revoke location access in iOS Settings at any time.
- Diagnostics and usage data: basic interaction, stability, and performance information used to troubleshoot problems and improve the App.
2. How We Use Information
We use information only to authenticate and synchronize accounts, save virtual shopping records, display sponsor rankings and messages, provide maps and rider animations, process feedback, restore sponsorship benefits, and improve reliability and user experience.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may use Apple services including Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, MapKit, WidgetKit, ActivityKit, and iCloud, together with analytics provided by Microsoft Clarity. These providers may process necessary information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
4. Storage, Disclosure, and Security
Account and synchronization data may be stored by the NothingShop backend or in your iCloud container. We disclose information only when necessary to provide the App, comply with law, or protect users and the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Retention and Account Deletion
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and applicable legal obligations. You may delete your account from Settings → Account. The backend account, avatar, sponsor profile, and associated records will then be deleted or anonymized according to the service process. Transaction records that Apple or a payment provider must retain by law are not affected.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can manage location, notifications, Live Activities, widgets, and iCloud synchronization in the App or iOS Settings. You can also update your sponsor name, avatar, and message. Use Feedback in the App's Settings to request access, correction, or deletion of relevant information.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed to collect personal information from children. If we learn that such information was collected without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date on this page and provide an in-app notice where appropriate.
