NothingShop（以下简称“本应用”）重视你的隐私。本政策说明本应用处理哪些信息、处理目的，以及你可以如何管理自己的信息。
1. 我们处理的信息
- 你主动提交的内容：通过应用内意见反馈提交的内容及可选联系方式。
- 应用活动：虚拟购物及订单记录、收藏与偏好默认保存在你的设备本地。NothingShop 的商品和配送均为虚拟体验，不会产生真实商品交易。
- 位置：在你授权后，用于展示虚拟外卖配送地图和路线。你可以在系统设置中随时撤回位置权限。
- 诊断与使用数据：应用稳定性、性能及基础交互信息，用于排查故障和改善体验。
2. 信息的使用目的
我们仅将信息用于保存虚拟购物记录、提供地图与骑手动画、处理意见反馈，以及改善应用稳定性和体验。只有在你主动开启 iCloud 同步时，饮食记录才会同步到你的 iCloud。
3. 第三方服务
本应用可能使用 Apple MapKit、WidgetKit、ActivityKit 和 iCloud，以及 Microsoft Clarity 提供的分析能力。这些服务可能按照各自的隐私政策处理必要数据。我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将其用于跨应用广告追踪。
4. 信息存储、共享与安全
虚拟购物记录默认保存在设备本地；你主动开启同步后，饮食记录会保存在你的 iCloud 容器中。意见反馈会发送到 NothingShop 后端服务。我们仅在提供功能、遵守法律或保护用户与服务安全所必需时共享信息，并采取合理的技术和组织措施保护数据。互联网传输或存储无法保证绝对安全。
5. 保存期限与数据删除
我们仅在实现上述目的及履行法律义务所需期间保留信息。你可以通过关闭 iCloud 同步移除对应的云端饮食记录，或卸载应用移除设备上的本地记录。对于已经提交的意见反馈，可通过下方联系方式请求删除。
6. 你的选择与权利
你可以在应用或系统设置中管理位置、通知、灵动岛、小组件和 iCloud 同步。你可通过应用内“意见反馈”请求访问、更正或删除相关信息。
7. 儿童隐私
本应用不以收集儿童个人信息为目的。如果我们发现未经适当同意收集了儿童信息，将采取措施予以删除。
8. 政策更新
本政策发生重要变化时，我们会更新本页面的日期，并在必要时通过应用内方式提示你。

NothingShop (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Process
- Content you provide: feedback submitted in the App and optional contact information.
- App activity: virtual shopping and order history, favorites, and preferences stay on your device by default. Products and deliveries in NothingShop are virtual experiences and do not represent physical purchases.
- Location: with your permission, location is used to display the virtual delivery map and route. You may revoke location access in iOS Settings at any time.
- Diagnostics and usage data: basic interaction, stability, and performance information used to troubleshoot problems and improve the App.
2. How We Use Information
We use information only to save virtual shopping records, provide maps and rider animations, process feedback, and improve reliability and user experience. Diet records sync to your iCloud only when you enable iCloud sync.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may use Apple services including MapKit, WidgetKit, ActivityKit, and iCloud, together with analytics provided by Microsoft Clarity. These providers may process necessary information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
4. Storage, Disclosure, and Security
Virtual shopping records stay on your device by default. If you enable sync, diet records are stored in your iCloud container. Feedback submissions are sent to the NothingShop backend. We disclose information only when necessary to provide the App, comply with law, or protect users and the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Retention and Data Deletion
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and applicable legal obligations. You can turn off iCloud sync to remove corresponding cloud diet records or uninstall the App to remove local records from your device. To request deletion of submitted feedback, use the contact details below.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can manage location, notifications, Live Activities, widgets, and iCloud synchronization in the App or iOS Settings. Use Feedback in the App's Settings to request access, correction, or deletion of relevant information.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed to collect personal information from children. If we learn that such information was collected without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date on this page and provide an in-app notice where appropriate.
